Ellen Utter has over 15  years experience teaching classic Pilates mat, and Hatha Yoga. In addition, Ballet barre, Pilates/Barre Combo with added  strength training techniques.

BasiFit  Mat Training Certified

YogaFit Certified

Continuing education in all of the above.

                                  In addition to my home studio class offerings (virtual and in person, I teach classes through Madison School

and Community Recreation (MSCR) throughout the year.  These classes are indoor,  

 outdoor, and virtual (zoom).   See .  Click below for seasonal schedules, registration and classes. 

During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, I lead a Gentle Yoga Practice  outdoors  at Olbrich Park by the lake at 5 pm

 Virtual Pilates, through MSCR is offered every Tuesday at 6:00 pm (45 min) year round
